H&H Webranking published in Iceland today

The Icelandic H&H Webranking results are published today in Morgunbladid, an Icelandic business daily. Kaupthing Bank repeats last year’s success and is the clear winner with 74.5 points. The Icelandic average is improved with an impressive 7.43 points.

Runners up after Kaupthing Bank are Landsbanki which are gaining several positions from last year and reach a total score of 61.25. On third place we find Bakkavör who are keeping the same position as last year but improve their score to 57.5 points.

In their second year in the H&H Webranking, the Icelandic companies are making a notable improvement. The average score for the 10 Icelandic companies included have improved substantially with 7.43 points to 49.18. This is despite the fact that the demands in the test protocol have been strengthened this year. Iceland is making the biggest improvement among the Nordic countries this year and deserves special praise.

H&H Webranking is Europe’s leading survey of corporate websites. It has been conducted annually since 1997. Each year approximately 600 websites are reviewed. The results are published in financial newspapers around Europe.
